At CDIL, human resources (HR) is focused on understanding what people need and knowing how to provide it. We’re in search of a qualified and resourceful HR generalist to support our HR department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. The HR generalist will have both administrative and strategic responsibilities, helping us to plan and administer important functions, such as hiring , training and development, Employee Engagement. We understand that our business thrives when our personnel thrive, and that starts by hiring the right HR professionals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Making daily/monthly reports of pertaining to various HR activities
Assisting in the Hiring process
Coordination for the Employee Engagement Activities.
Documentation as per the audit requirements.
Coordination for the Training Programs.
Maintaining personnel files and records.
Assisting and coordinating for various HR processes.
Statutory Compliance for Factories Act, PF, ESIC.
Skills and Qualifications
Any Graduate or with MBA
1-2 years of similar experience
Good communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Superb computer competence especially in excel
