Technical Executive/ Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of products, customers, organization goals, and business strategies. Learn on the job to understand the process of Semiconductor Manufacturing through collaborative interactions with the Production, Engineering and Procurement teams

  • Evaluate systems and implement processes that improve manufacturing production and deliver timely quality output by managing production operations, vendors, planning and other technical resources

  • Juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

  • Conduct capability studies of existing equipments/ machines, raw material availability and generate new requirements needed for the project

  • Develop and get approval of control documentation as per the customer’s requirements

  • Build the skill sets of individual team members and capture overall learnings for the company

  • Achieve organizational goals while upholding standards and best practices

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain performance sheets that track overall progress and the accomplishment of specific milestones

  • Report outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed—escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans

  • Maintain system functionality through rigorous testing, identifying ways to improve efficiency and productivity, and providing maintenance and support activities for all existing solutions

  • Assign roles and tasks to dedicated team members, based on individual strengths and abilities

  • Act as a point of communication between company teams and external resources

Skills and Qualifications

  • B.tech. (Electronics / ECE) with 3-5 yrs. of experience or Diploma (Electronics / ECE) with 5-7 yrs. of experience

  • Hands-on experience with managing customers and teams

  • Proven success in a corporate setting, working with all levels of management

  • Excellent written, verbal, excel and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in relevant field
