At CDIL, we pride ourselves on our long lasting customer relationships. The driving force behind this consistent relationship is our customer support team. We’re searching for a highly skilled individual who will act as the primary technical resource for our customers and our pan-India sales team.
The FAE will partner with sales executives to discover customer’s needs, discuss our product's technological capabilities, its use in client applications and drive the technology evaluation processes.
The ideal candidate should be able to clearly articulate highly technical concepts and must be able to establish strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide general technical support to clients and sales team
Provide application solutions to customer problems, conduct a thorough fault analysis and assure complete customer satisfaction
Identify customer's needs and sales opportunities to fuel product growth
Visit project sites and customer plants across India
Skills and Qualifications
3 yrs Diploma in Electronic Engineering
3+ years of experience in working and maintenance of circuits
Good knowledge of electronic components with hands on experience in fault finding and troubleshooting
Willingness to travel
Preferred: Experience with applications in the Power Supply, Inverter, UPS and Audio System segments
